My Postpartum Nutrition Recovery Program is tailored to each client by providing 1:1 nutrition coaching and the necessary application tools to achieve your desired outcomes through intuitive eating and accountability with a registered dietitian.
Taylor is a registered dietitian based in the New Orleans area, but works with postpartum women from all over. Taylor completed her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, completed her dietetic internship through Nicholls State University, and completed her Masters of Science at The University of Alabama.
Taylor has worked with a wide variety of patients in her time as a dietitian, and while she loves being a clinical dietitian, she also has a passion for helping clients outside of the hospital setting. She is very passionate about her work and is dedicated to helping postpartum women repair their relationship with food and improve their body image. .
Taylor found her passion for nutrition in high school when she listened to a dietitian speak at career day, and ever since then, she knew that's what she wanted to do. She had no idea the journey it would take her on or what was required to earn that title - becoming a dietitian is not a walk in the park! Taylor is still as passionate about nutrition as she was at 15 and has a strong desire to help others achieve their goals.
Taylor always tries to stay active, as she has run several half marathons and a full marathon, but her favorite exercise is Pilates. Taylor is a strong advocate for investing in yourself, trying new things, and following your passion.
